Why we built this
Almost everything written about AI and jobs is either breathless hype ("everything is about to change!") or lazy fear ("the robots are coming for you!"). Both are useless when you're a real person trying to figure out whether your actual work is safe.
The truth is more specific, and more useful: AI replaces tasks more often than whole jobs. Almost every job is a bundle of different tasks, and they don't all carry the same risk. Some of what you do is exactly what AI does well. Some of it is exactly what keeps you essential. The only question that matters is which is which, for you specifically. That's the question we built this tool to answer.
Who's behind it
Moroporo is built by people who have spent their careers where technology meets real-world work, not in a lab, and not in a hype cycle.
Our foundation is fifteen plus years inside the tech industry, building and shipping real products at scale, with earlier hands-on experience in the construction industry. We've seen how technology actually gets adopted from the inside, and we understand the real stakes of a career decision. That's why this tool is built the way it is: to tell you the difference between what AI can theoretically do and what actually changes on the ground.

The name
Moroporo comes from the idea of navigation, of finding a way through unfamiliar water. That's the whole point: AI is genuinely changing the landscape of work, and the goal isn't to panic or pretend it isn't happening. It's to read the situation honestly and find your way through it. Our tagline says it plainly, find the way through.
