AI replaces tasks, not job titles. Whether your job is at risk depends on five measurable factors: how routine your tasks are, whether your work happens in the physical world, how much it depends on human trust, how much novel judgment it requires, and whether a licensed human must sign off. The most AI-exposed jobs are routine, rule-based, fully digital, and heavily documented, for example data entry, basic administrative work, scripted customer service, routine report formatting, and template-based content production.
Which jobs are safest from AI?
The most AI-resistant jobs combine skilled physical work in unpredictable environments, deep human trust, fresh problem-solving, or work where the law requires a human to be responsible, for example skilled trades, therapy and counselling, hands-on healthcare, and senior strategic roles.
How is the AI job risk score calculated?
The score is calculated from 20 questions across five research-based dimensions: task structure, physical world, human connection, creativity and judgment, and trust and accountability. Answers are weighted and normalized to a 1–100 scale, where 1 is most resilient and 100 is most automatable.
How accurate is this test?
It gives you a research-based estimate, not a prediction. Scores are shown with an estimated range, the methodology and limitations are published openly on this page, and the test will tell you that you're safe when your answers indicate it.
